Cathy has extensive experience in merger and acquisition and strategic corporate development. Her clients include food and package goods, healthy ingredients, technology, and manufacturing companies. Cathy had over 25 years of corporate general management, where she served as Vice President of corporate marketing and development for Tribune Company. She is the former Chief Executive Officer and President of several early stage consumer-focused technology companies.

Academy, focusing on helping new and emerging leaders make a bigger impact, sooner. Prior to founding the Academy, Lee was a founding partner of L. Harris Partners, LLC, during which time he surveyed/interviewed several thousand clients of professional services firms. He has been a Chief Operating Officer of a Top 5 and a Top 50 CPA firm. Lee spent the majority of his career, 22 years, with the SC Johnson family of companies.
