Craig Stout serves as Chief Executive Officer of Stout Risius Ross, LLC (“Stout”), a 450-person advisory firm founded in 1991. With 23 offices around the world, Stout focuses on investment banking, valuation advisory, dispute consulting and certain speciality consulting services. Having worked on over 1,000 projects, his experience is broad and diverse in the fields of investment banking, litigation consulting, and valuation advisory. Mr. Stout is a recipient of the Crain’s 40 under 40 award and Ernst & Young’s 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Stuart Sorkin is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Affy Tapple, LLC. Stuart led Affy Tapple since identifying and engineering its acquisition in 1995. Stuart transformed Affy Tapple from the beloved, local brand, into the largest wholesale caramel apple producer in the USA and then replicated that success with the acquisition of the Mrs. Prindable’s brand, which has grown into the largest food vendor on QVC. Under Stuart’s leadership, the company has grown twelvefold, matched by many years of uninterrupted profitability. In late 2017, Stuart sold the company to a Chicago area-based food company.
Prior to Affy Tapple, Stuart was a Vice President of business banking at American National Bank of Chicago (now part of JP Morgan Chase).
Stuart began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in the auditing and advisory services division. Stuart earned a BS degree in accountancy from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Lynne L. Pantalena is Managing Director and a Wealth Strategy Executive at Bank of America Private Bank. In this role, Lynne leads the wealth strategies advisors in the Central and West regions in developing planning strategies for Private Bank clients. These professionals consult with clients to develop planning strategies in many areas including tax and estate matters, business succession and philanthropy.
Lynne joined the Private Bank of Connecticut Bank and Trust, now Bank of America Private Bank, in 1990. Before assuming her current position, she was the Northeastern Regional Executive for Bank of America Private Bank. Prior to joining the bank, Lynne was an attorney in a private practice.
Lynne received her B.S. in Human Services from New Hampshire College, M.P.A. from New York University, J.D. from Quinnipiac University and LL.M. from Boston University. She is a member of the Connecticut and Chicago Bar Associations.

Gerald Rixie is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank, in Chicago. Jerry earned his M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University and his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
