Ms. Forbes Lieberman is the former President, CEO and Board Member of True Value Company, where she led a successful turnaround. Previously, she was CFO and COO. She subsequently led private equity owned ERI.
Prior to True Value, she held CFO positions at ShopTalk, Martin-Brower Company, and Fel-Pro Inc., VP Finance at Bunzl Building Supply and a financial executive position with Kraft Foods. She began her career at Price Waterhouse, leaving as a Senior Manager.
Ms. Forbes Lieberman additionally serves on Rush University Medical Center Board, Granite Creek Private Equity Executive Council, Villanova Law School’s Girard-diCarlo Center for Ethics, Integrity and Compliance Advisory Board and IWF’s Chicago Chapter Board of Directors. She was Chairman of the Board of AM Castle & Co. and a Board Member of VWR Corporation until both companies’ 2017 change of control and is a former chair of The Chicago Network. She holds an MBA from Kellogg, a BS Accountancy from University of Illinois and is a CPA.

John C. Robak is President of Greeley and Hansen, an international civil and environmental engineering firm serving the needs of the water sector. With 30 years of professional experience, John directs all business affairs of this 20-office global firm, headquartered in Chicago. He is also responsible for international growth operations in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. John is an elected member of the Greeley and Hansen Board of Directors and serves as the management liaison to the board’s Executive Compensation Committee.
