Willard S. Evans, Jr.
Evans Advisory Group, LLC

Willard S. Evans, Jr. (Will) is the former president of Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas, regulated natural gas utilities now owned by the WEC Energy Group. Will retired in September of 2014 and was responsible for the strategic, tactical and operational direction for natural gas operations in Illinois. He provided overall leadership for managers and employees and is responsible for implementation of corporate initiatives and operational plans. Will began his career with Peoples Gas as a summer engineering intern in 1974. In his almost 40-year career with the company, Evans has held several senior positions across the business. Since his 2014 retirement from Peoples Gas, Will has been providing strategic energy industry consulting. He also serves as an Advisor to Chicago Capital Partners, a Chicago-based Private Equity Holding Company. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University. He is the Chair of Chicago Commons and Chair of the Village of Skokie’s Human Relations Commission. Will is a member of the Business Leadership Council, American Association of Blacks in Energy, the National Association of Corporate Directors, Northwestern Club of Chicago and the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago

Core services included start-up of foreign operations, human resources, import/export, tax and accounting serving companies in the automotive, appliance, medical device, aerospace sectors. At one point they directed 7 Mexican legal entities employing over 1,200 people.

Sandy Marsico is the CEO of Sandstorm, a brand strategy, data and customer experience agency in Chicago.

She started Sandstorm at the age of 24, and now develops global brand experiences across 20 countries within multiple industries including technology, healthcare, financial services, associations, CPG and retail. She has participated on two boards, a non-profit association and a high-growth tech company, and is a member of Women Presidents’ Organization, a peer advisory group. She also built her company’s advisory board from the ground up.

Moji Adeyinka-Eagan

Moji Eagan is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Business Banking market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Moji’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing over 20 years of experience, Moji joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2015.

She began her banking career at Citi where she was most recently a Senior Vice President in Chicago. Throughout her banking career, Moji has worked with high net worth individuals as well as small and mid-sized companies throughout the Midwest area to support their personal and commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities she serves, Moji volunteers with not-for-profit organizations, most recently as a member of the Sponsorship Team of the Private Directors Association. She also serves as a mentor for the Global Ambassador Program, a program that connects women around the world to mentoring, fostering women’s entrepreneurship in business and beyond.

Born in Africa, and raised in England, Moji graduated with a Political Science degree from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater and is currently jointly pursuing the ABA Stonier’s Graduate School of Banking and Wharton’s Certificate in Leadership.
