Combining his in-depth tax and business advisory expertise, he has guided many international clients through bankruptcy, debt restructures and complex mergers and acquisitions.  With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, he has assisted clients in a wide variety of industries with business issues domestically and abroad. He spends most of his time advising privately controlled businesses and families who own them on a variety of strategic issues.

Ian Bund is the founding partner of Plymouth Growth Partners, and has been applying his extensive financial, operational and technological expertise in venture capital investing since 1969.

Ian formed the first institutional VC in Michigan and has led or co-led 14 funds. He has been involved in building over 350 companies, executing over 40 IPOs, and serving on the Board of more than 20 businesses. Ian received an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney. He is an Australian Chartered Accountant.


Maximiliane Straub

Maximiliane (Max) Straub is chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance, controlling and administration of Robert Bosch LLC, a position she has held since June 1, 2010.

In addition to her role as CFO, Straub is responsible for a multitude of functions, including HR, IT, governance, compliance and shared services for Bosch in the U.S., Mexico and Canada.  Straub joined Bosch in 1993 as part of the Bosch Chassis Systems trainee program in Blaichach, Germany. She has extensive automotive and leadership responsibility in the areas of accounting, controlling, manufacturing, and mergers & acquisition in Germany, France and the U.S.  Straub currently serves as the chair of the Board of Directors of Inforum, a professional organization focused on creating strategic connections to help advance professional women in Michigan and the Midwest.

David was VP & General Counsel at Guardian Industries Corp., where he spent 24 years playing lead roles in international expansion, strategic transactions, and governance. David has led shareholder relations, crisis communication, environmental, and compliance & ethics functions. He has been a law clerk to Justice William Rehnquist at the U.S. Supreme Court, a partner at the Honigman law firm, and Chief Counsel of Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE:SRI).
