2901 Grand River Avenue, 16th Floor, Room Amnesia
Detroit, MI 48201

Please note that this meeting is 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM Eastern Time.

Please join the Private Directors Association for a panel discussion on “The Value Board Diversity Brings to Companies”. One of the new trends in corporate governance is creating a diverse board of directors that not only breaks existing stereotypes, but also moves the corporation toward greater success. Three distinguished Panelists join us to share their learnings and experiences to illustrate the “how” and “why” of adding value through diverse participation and thought. This personal sharing by our Panelists builds on today’s media reports, new research and professional articles to provide the “real stories” and “values”. It is an interactive discussion and attendee questions enrich the Program.
