Preston True
Certified EOS® Implementor
TruePoint Advisors

Preston True gets entrepreneurial business.

After several frustrating years in the corporate world, he decided to follow the entrepreneurial path that three generations of family had taken.

He joined his family printing business, helping them became expert marketers and salespeople who grew the top line quickly, but failed to unmask significant, deeper issues.

After denying those issues for several years, they were in trouble. It took some tough, but critical decisions to get really clear who they were and where they were going, build a culture of accountability and discipline, and learning that a functional and cohesive team was the MOST important component of a successful company. It hurt along the way, but they turned it around within a year.

Since then, Preston’s worked with numerous entrepreneurial companies and found his family business story is similar to many entrepreneurial companies - the passion and drive that helps launch and grow an organization can be diminished if we don't build and implement a system for exceptional health within people and process.

For the past 15 years, Preston has been helping entrepreneurial teams build powerful and profitable businesses. He is part of an amazing community of almost 200, highly trained EOS® implementers committed to making good companies great.
