Calling all Founders and Leaders at Start-ups and Early Stage Companies! The Private Directors Association is hosting a networking event between its members and the Chicago start-up community. PDA is a 500 member professional organization created to spread the value of having independent boards at private companies, educate its members on the latest good governance and business practices, and connecting their members with companies looking for advisory and fiduciary directors. More than 80% of PDA members serve on boards and can bring their expertise to new companies that are ready to benefit from a professional board. After a few introductory talks, the evening will be an opportunity for PDA members to talk with the leaders of young, growing companies, share some advice, and, perhaps, find a way to move your business to the next level.
