Wednesday, March 27, 2019
07:30 AM - 09:00 AM CST
Lipscomb University, Paul Rogers Board Room, Ezell Center
1 University Park Drive
Nashville, TN 37204

For business owners, current directors and board candidates, this is a must see event.

For companies with active boards and directors with substantial experience, this is an opportunity to sharpen the blade, to be reminded of best practices and to learn of emerging governance trends.

Our panel of pros, all with CEO experience and a cumulative 80 years of board experience will share their observations from each of their unique perspectives – legal, operational, strategic and financial. Many of their insights will be focused on longer term issues like succession planning, pending exits and M&A opportunities. We’ll wrap up the panel with a recent, real life experience from a local owner/operator/board chair on how his astute governance strategy helped lead him to a successful, life changing  exit.
