Jay Brodsky is Chief Digital Officer of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), a global scientific association that furthers understanding of Earth and space. His role entails building vision and technical capacity, using digital means to collaboratively advance and communicate science.
Brodsky is an experienced digital executive with Fortune 500, private-equity and non-profit experience. He managed a technology consulting firm working in digital transformation and cybersecurity; served as the chief information officer of regulatory compliance publisher Thompson Media Group, and as CIO of the Atlantic Media Company, a privately held publisher of some of the most influential media outlets in America.

Ann M. Danner - Co-Founder, First Women’s Bank, Chicago (in formation), CEO and founder (retired) for 30 years at Residential Homes of America, Inc. a regional apartment, construction management and homebuilding company in greater metropolitan Chicago. Ann has served on the National Boards of Directors for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN since 2009, the board of Trustees of Lake Forest Academy, and the Advisory Board of the Graaskamp School at the University of Wisconsin. Ken Mendelson is a senior managing director in the Washington, DC, office with more than 30 years of experience operating at the intersection of law, technology and policy. Currently, his primary areas of concentration are litigation, investigations and the mitigation, monitoring and auditing of transactions coming before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom.
Ken spent much of his career a managing director at Stroz Friedberg. While there, he originated, managed and contributed to consulting engagements involving incident response, cyber security assessment, digital forensics, electronic discovery, investigations, and PCI compliance. Earlier in his career, Ken served as Counsel to the US House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, Investigative Counsel to the US Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs, and was an associate attorney with Kaye Scholer in Washington, DC.
Ken is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP).
