Proactively addressing the spectrum of issues brought up in the current ESG conversation has never been as critical to companies of all sizes and in all industries.  Often considered issues only relevant to the public company domain, ESG has now taken center stage in the modern economy in real and measurable ways across all three components of the issue (Environment, Social Responsibility, and Governance).  In this webinar we will address the issues as they confront middle-market PE companies specifically and discuss the strategies and rationale for why this needs to be addressed at a Board level in a meaningful way to insure better overall agility, market responsiveness, and overall value creation for the business.

Value to the Audience

By challenging the prevailing mental model of the Private Equity Board with respect to selecting directors, and by challenging the current thinking about how ESG issues currently hinder speed and performance in smaller organizations, this talented panel is sure to offer actionable ideas on how to make proactively addressing these issues a tactical and strategic advantage.
