Brian Abrams is the founder and until 2017 served as CEO and Board Chair of Corporate Imaging Concepts, LLC. Under his leadership, Corporate Imaging grew from a start-up to a top 30 ranking in sales volume out 19,000 US-based promotional merchandise companies. In 2016 Brian was recognized as the industry’s Entrepreneur of the Year. That same year, Berkley Capital, a NY based private equity firm, purchased a majority interest in the company. Currently, Brian serves on the Advisory Board of a Boston-based private equity firm, Fort Point Capital. He also serves as a Board Member for a Michigan-based private equity backed, experiential market agency, EventLink; a venture capital backed, technology enabled rewards business, Rewards21; and an ERP platform, Aturian. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy (BS and CPA ’90) and the University of Michigan Law School (JD ’93), previously Brian was an attorney with Schiff Hardin and Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll.

Dorri McWhorter became the CEO of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago in March 2013. She has embarked upon a journey to transform the 140 year old social service agency to a 21st century social enterprise. A proven leader in the corporate and social change sectors, Dorri prides herself on being a socially-conscious business leader throughout her career. McWhorter is an active member of Chicago’s civic, business and philanthropic communities. Most recently, she was a partner at Crowe Horwath LLP, one of the largest accounting firms in the U.S. She has also held senior positions with Snap-on Incorporated and Booz Allen Hamilton. Dorri is also active in the accounting profession having served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a Board of Directors for the Illinois CPA Society. McWhorter also serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including The Metropolitan Club, Chicago Finance Exchange, and Chicago Child Care Society. She is also a board member for the State of Illinois Charitable Trust. McWhorter received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Maryann Waryjas is an experienced corporate board director and a C-suite leader who focuses on strategy, leadership, problem solving and delivering growth. Most recently for four years, she served on the Board of Directors of The Chicago Stock Exchange and its parent company, where she was Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Executive, Audit, Regulatory Oversight and Special Transaction Committees. In addition, since 2015, she served as Senior Vice President at The Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation initially and then Herc Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HRI), which was a Hertz spin-off. Her responsibilities at Herc Holdings included Chief Legal Officer, Board Secretary, Chair of Enterprise Risk Management, and Advisor to the CEO. She led the refinancing of billions of dollars of debt financings in tight markets and timeframes. Before joining Hertz, Maryann was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Corporation (NASDAQ: GLDD). Prior to GLDD, Maryann was a Capital Partner for 12 years at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where she served two terms on the Board of Directors and served as Co-Chair of the Corporate Governance Practice and Co-Chair of the M&A Practice. Maryann earned her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Seth Green is the founding director of the Baumhart Center, an interdisciplinary center at Loyola University Chicago that equips Chicagoland leaders and students with the business tools to accelerate social impact. The Center is home to a highly selective MBA that prepares working professionals to marry profit and purpose in their careers. Seth joined Loyola after leading three social ventures at the forefront of fighting poverty and expanding opportunity and serving as a McKinsey & Co. consultant. Seth has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and Oxford University on a Marshall Scholarship, and a law degree from Yale University. He currently serves on the Social Impact Advisory Panel at the Chicago Community Trust, on the Impact Investing Advisory Council of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, on the Council of Advisors of Loyola Limited, on the Advisory Board of Concordia Place, and as a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Seth is also a co-chair on the United Way of Metro Chicago’s Campaign Cabinet.
