Suzie Saxman is an equity partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP with over 35 years of experience representing privately held businesses and entrepreneurs. She is the Chair of Seyfarth’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice Group, a member of Seyfarth’s Corporate Department Leadership Team, and serves on the firm’s Pension, Audit and Client Intake Committees.
Suzie is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois College of Law, and Managing Editor of Illinois Corporate Practice and Forms -The Seyfarth Shaw Manual (DataTrace Publishing 2002, Supplements 2003-2019).
