Mary Elworth is Founder of VPoint Group, a professional services practice. In partnership with boutique investment banking groups, Mary advises closely held and family-owned enterprises in financing operations and ownership transitions, implementing strategy, buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and establishing board governance. She is currently the Lead Independent Director of M. Roberts Media of Longview Texas and has previously served on the advisory or governing boards of nine other enterprises, serving as Board Chair or as a member of the finance, compensation and governance committees or as leader of various strategy working groups. Mary is a member of the Private Director Association where she serves on the Middle Market, Family Business and Model Board Meeting℠ Committees and as an MBM Company Project Chair.
