ESOP-owned companies have another fiduciary at the table beyond the board of directors; the trustee of the ESOP.  This webinar will explore this unique dynamic, from the perspective of a board member, a trustee of the ESOP and a legal advisor to each. The goal of this webinar is to raise awareness of this particular dynamic amongst current and prospective board members of ESOP-owned companies.
