Bob Zukis

At Digital Directors Network Bob is focused on getting Qualified Technology Experts (QTE) into the boardroom and helping all corporate directors get better at overseeing digital and cybersecurity risk.

As a Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business he teaches strategy, structured problem solving, global business issues and corporate governance. He's also created the only executive education program in the U.S. for corporate directors on digital and cybersecurity risk oversight.

He is a retired PwC advisory partner where he lived and worked on 4 continents across 20 countries and built high performing teams, launched and led multiple businesses and helped the global F1000 on a range of strategic, operational and technology issues. He held senior leadership roles on PwC's Global and Asia Pacific leadership teams and led their US IT strategy and operations practice and data management business units.

He has broader experience as a SaaS CEO, PE/VC advisor, board member and is the author of two books and three book chapters.

He's been quoted or published in the Financial Times, FT Agenda, Corporate Board, Wired, Forbes, CIO Magazine, Info World, Computer News, WSJ, CIO Update, Risk Professional, Computer World and The Atlantic's Quartz.

Matt Hartzman
Healthcare Leader and CIO

Mr. Hartzman has spent over 35 years helping organizations innovate and achieve business goals through leveraging technology. He has held executive leadership roles in 6 consulting organizations spanning over 25 years, led an internet start-up, and spent 9 years as Chief Information Officer for the College of American Pathologists and TriCore Reference Laboratories. Mr. Hartzman also served as VP of Innovation while at the CAP.

Mr. Hartzman is a thought leader for not only his organization and their clients, but also the community at large combining strong leadership, business development, and technology acumen. For the last 15 years, Mr. Hartzman has focused on helping healthcare businesses get healthier by applying technology appropriately.

Currently, Mr. Hartzman leads the commercial healthcare IT solutions practice and the internal risk management function and is the CIO at RedMane Technology, a 20-year-old systems integrator and custom software solutions provider.


Lisa McClung

Lisa McClung is an accomplished senior operating executive with over 25 years’ experience leading companies and serving on company boards.  She is a recognized growth expert known for building successful value-generating businesses using digital transformation & AI, market-driven innovation and strategic technology partnerships.  She served as a global executive accountable for P&L and operational excellence at Wrigley and GE.  Lisa is currently CEO for a privately held company and Director for several company boards.  In 2019, she was selected a “Private Director to Watch” by Private Director Magazine.
