Frank Krejci
President and CEO
Strattec Security Corp.

Frank Krejci (pronounced Cray’ chee) is President and CEO of STRATTEC Security Corp., a global automotive parts manufacturer of keys, fobs, door handles, latches and power doors and recent winner of the PACE Award and the General Motors Innovation Award.  STRATTEC generates over $400 million of sales and is traded on the NASDAQ (STRT).  It was founded in 1908 as the original business of Briggs & Stratton and was spun off in 1995.

Prior to STRATTEC, Frank owned a custom furniture business, managed a venture capital portfolio and had management positions at Briggs & Stratton and Eaton.  He is currently a director of STRATTEC, Jones Dairy Farm (meats), Banner Welder (automation) and Florence Eiseman (children’s clothing) and was previously on many venture capital company boards.

Non-profit board positions currently include Milwaukee Development Corporation, Milwaukee Youth Arts Center, Danceworks, and Treasurer of his college class.  He was a director of Milwaukee Repertory Theater, UPAF, Association for Corporate Growth, Historic third Ward  and Share Our Smarts (which placed corporate executives on boards).  Frank is a Milwaukee native who received a B.S. from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Karen Hung
CEO and Founder
Silver Rock Consulting

Karen Hung is the CEO and Founder of Silver Rock Consulting firm. Silver Rock focuses on transformation and growth at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and innovation. She and Silver Rock have experience and agility across multiple industries, with clients ranging from Ascension Health Care, Kohler, MetLife, AbbVie, Johnson Controls, SubZero Wolf.

Prior to Silver Rock, Ms. Hung was the Senior Vice President, Global Chief Marketing Officer with Lands’ End. She has held executive positions leading global teams with GE, Ann Inc and Citigroup in the areas of Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation.

Ms. Hung serves as a Director on the Boards of KeHE, Florence Eiseman Company and Ascension - Wisconsin. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses as an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and of Leadership with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business.

An active civic leader, Ms. Hung is serves on the Boards of Directors with the Rotary Club of Milwaukee as President successor, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra as Governance Chair, Junior Achievement of Wisconsin as Strategy Chair. She is the Immediate Past President of the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin.

Karen Hung earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Washington University of St. Louis.


Patrick O'Brien

Patrick J. O’Brien is currently Co-Founder and Chairman of Patina Solutions, a global senior management staffing/consulting firm.  He is also a Board Member of Buffalo Games, a fast-growing puzzles and games marketer, Board member of RTIC, a direct-to-consumer outdoor sports products company, and the former Chief Executive Officer of Paris Presents Inc., a global beauty company.

At Paris Presents, he was a Board member and CEO from 2011-2019.  Paris Presents grew by 3x and was named the fastest growing Health and Beauty Company under $1 billion in the U.S.   and to the Inc 5000 list for 3 straight years.

Patrick was named the winner of the E and Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Consumer Practice for the Midwest Region.

In 2008, he was a co-founder of Patina Solutions, a senior level solutions/staffing firm focused on talent with 20 years’ experience.  In 2011, he became Chairman.  Patina has been named to the Inc. 500/5000 growth list and a Future 50 Growth company for Wisconsin. 

From 2007 until 2010 he was the President of the Developed Markets division of SC Johnson for U.S., Canada, Europe, Japan and Global Sales.  Earlier, he held the position of President of SC Johnson – Europe, Africa, and Middle East and was based in London, England from 2003 to 2007.

From 1999 to 2003, he held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer for Johnson Outdoors; a global public sporting goods company.

Past Board memberships include Schawk (Public), Fruits and Passions Beauty (Private), BDS Social (Private), Racine Zoo (Non-profit), Racine Prairie School (Non-Profit), Downtown Racine Corp. (Non-profit), and the University of Wisconsin School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.

He is a frequent speaker on Growing Consumer Brands, CEO and Private Equity and Leveraging the Wisdom of Experienced Talent.

Patrick is a Milwaukee native and holds an Undergraduate and Graduate degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.



Inge Plautz
SVP, Executive Business Development Officer
Old National Bank

Inge Plautz serves as Senior Vice President and Executive Business development Officer for Wisconsin with a special emphasis on the Milwaukee Region of Old National Bank (ONB). Old National has nearly $20 Billion in assets and was founded in 1834 in the State of Indiana. ONB’s Wisconsin presence is centered among the most dynamic markets of Milwaukee, Madison and the Fox Valley.

Prior to joining Old National in 2018, Inge spent more than 13 years within finance, accounting and commercial insurance. Inge’s expertise includes Global Trade, Leveraged Finance, Bond Financing Structured Finance  Capital Markets and traditional Commercial and Industrial banking. Inge also has deep expertise in Health Care and Employee Benefits.

Inge is also the Co-founder of Pump Hero, LLC, which is a mobile App that connects on-the-go nursing mothers to safe, clean and convenient locations to pump. Inge is an avid community supporter with extensive board and volunteer service. She serves as an Advisor to LeaseCrunch a software technology company. She is on the Membership Committee for Tempo Milwaukee, steering committee member of Milwaukee Women inc, committee member for the Milwaukee Boys & Girls Club Celebrating G.I.R.L.S , serves on the board of The First Tee of Southeast WI and is a board member of Ducks Unlimited. Inge also gives her time to many initiatives devoted to STEM and empowerment of young women. She is a certified PADI Rescue Diver and holds State of Wisconsin Accident, Health & Life License.

A Graduate of University of Wisconsin Madison, Inge holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors degree triple majors in Finance International Business and French.  A native of South Africa, Inge speaks four languages including Afrikaans, French
and Zulu.
