Family Business Center SupportThe Private Directors Association® (PDA) understands that there are many issues that are unique to private and family company boards and has resources to work with private and family business centers to help them address these issues. PDA and its members assist private and family business centers by helping build company value through assisting their members in the formation and strengthening of effective boards. We understand the value that family and private business centers provide to businesses. These include opportunities for learning from others with similar businesses, similar ownership challenges and similar issues relating to the ongoing governance and growth of the business. We have been a resource for the Loyola Family Business Center in Chicago as well as the Wake Forest Center for Private Business and are in the process of extending that reach to other centers throughout the United States. PDA and its members can support private and family businesses as well as the business centers and groups that support them in a variety of ways.
For more information on how PDA can work with your private and family business center, please contact the Chair of The Private Directors Association® Private and Family Business Center Committee Chairperson, David Spitulnik. |
