Overview

The ever-changing landscape of technology, best practices, legal compliance, market demands, etc. continues to add more "tools" to the hiring list of "must-haves" in a board candidate's toolbox.  Boards must assess not just the technical tools in a candidate’s toolbox but the H2H (human to human). A deficiency in H2H is one of the primary contributors to dysfunctionality within a board and disruption to the company.  This discussion will focus on identifying those H2H tools that contribute to successful board leadership and how to assess the H2H tools in one's toolbox.
