Overview

Guillermo S. Christensen

Guillermo Santiago Christensen, partner with the law firm Ice Miller LLP, combines his experience as a CIA officer and diplomat to advise companies and boards on cybersecurity and national security law. Guillermo’s international work includes investigations of OFAC sanctions, export controls, and anti-corruption laws (FCPA).  His work in high-technology, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors includes guiding clients with transactions involving CFIUS.  Guillermo is the Office Managing Partner for the Washington DC office and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council.

From 2010-2011, Guillermo returned to public service in Paris as the Science and Technology Advisor to the U.S. Mission to the OECD (2010-2011).  Guillermo is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, having been the CIA Fellow in New York in 2001.  He serves on the International Advisory Board for William and Mary and is general counsel for the Association of U.S. Cyber Forces.  As a teenager, Guillermo immigrated to the U.S. from Argentina.

ISO, NIST and others.

Dan is an Ex-Chairperson of the AICPA Information Technology Management Association and during his tenure, he led the rollout of the SOC reporting standard to the CPA profession.

Dan is a frequent author / speaker on information assurance topics and has been published multiple times in the Wall Street Journal, the AICPA Journal of Accountancy, Information Week, and others.

Dan holds numerous professional certifications related to security and privacy assurance including CPA, CRISC, CISA, CISM, PCI-QSA, CIPT, and CIPP.

Bob is the Founder and CEO of Digital Directors Network. He’s a leading advocate and educator on systemic risk and digital and cybersecurity risk oversight.

He is a member of the NACD PSW board and is a Senior Fellow for The Conference Board’s ESG Center. Bob is also an Adjunct Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business and is a retired PwC Advisory Partner. He was a member of PwC’s Global and APAC leadership teams.

He’s the co-author of The Great Reboot – Succeeding in a World of Catastrophic Risk and Opportunity and the author of Social Inc. and Social Inc. He’s also written three book chapters on digital and cybersecurity risk oversight and has been widely published from Harvard Law Review to CIO Magazine.

Lisa is CEO of Shasteen & Percy, P.A., a law firm focused on cybersecurity and

data privacy. She established her firm after practicing at Rudnick & Wolf and Foley & Lardner. She is former Senior Vice President and General Counsel for an international investment and merchant bank with $3 billion under management and 17 offices worldwide serving technology companies. There, she invested in early-stage tech companies. She currently sits on the board of an advanced AI cybersecurity company. She was a board member of the International Institute of Communications based in London, with membership exceeding 150 countries. Lisa speaks regularly on technology law, including avoiding legal liability, implications of drone use, and ethical data science applications. She is a business strategist, experienced in technology, communications and development. Lisa earned a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and trained in cybersecurity at Georgetown University.
