Overview

The Private Directors Association® is proud to showcase CEO conversations on digital transformation in conjunction with our Gold Chapter Sponsor, BofA.

Technology is transforming the way companies large and small do business, including how they manage internal operations, collaborate with partners, market products/services to customers, interact with clients, hire and scale.  Businesses that embrace proven, revolutionary and disruptive technologies are likely to remain viable in this rapidly changing environment.  Those that don’t, will likely lose out on valuable opportunities.

In this session, we welcome Julie Harris, Head of Global Banking Digital Strategy, Bank of America to set the stage, highlighting technological advances driving business strategy.  You will hear from private company CEO guests who have made innovation and digital transformation core to their growth strategy.  As well, we will also have an IBM senior digital transformation professional who has facilitated such projects over a 25-year career.  We will explore the strategic and governing oversight provided by private company boards from the c-suite perspective.

The agility, ingenuity and creativity private companies are known for has never been more mission critical. The organizations that embrace innovation and capitalize on the digital opportunity will win.  Join this compelling session to inform you on how to best address this ever-changing landscape within your own company or board.

Thank you to our Webinar Host!

Tana Greene
Co-Founder & CEO
MyWorkChoice

At 17, Tana wrote a goal on a piece of paper: own my own business by age 30. She spent the next 12 years defining what that business was going to be, but her purpose was clear…..to help others by finding them employment.

That goal became a reality in 1988, when Tana co-founded a national staffing company that grew to operate in more than 20 states. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she saw, first-hand, the changing needs of the hourly workforce and understood the vital role flexibility and technology must play moving forward. In 2017, she guided the company’s transformation into MyWorkChoice, which embraces flexibility to provide a dependable, consistent workforce for their clients.

Tana is Co-Founder & CEO of MyWorkChoice.  She orchestrated a digital transformation journey for the Company beginning in 2017 and raised institutional capital in 2020 to support the Company’s growth outlook.

MyWorkChoice was founded on the principle of bringing dignity, through empowered choice, back to the hourly workforce. The Company understands that everyone leads busy lives and work is only one aspect of life.

Tana has served on multiple boards including Safe Alliance and The Employers Association of America. During those 12 years she has lead multiple committees, one of which raised $10MM for the development of a new women’s shelter.  She also served on the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Board from 2006-08’ and is currently serving on the board of MyWorkChoice.
