Overview

Without pressure and scrutiny from regulatory agencies, stock exchanges and investors, private companies are not gaining the improved financial performance that board diversity has been evidenced to bring. Two-thirds of private company boards have only investors and management directors, limiting their ability to benefit from senior level, outside perspectives. Please join a discussion on the business case, optics and how to accelerate diversity on for-profit boards.
