How do you account for new metrics around ESG and diversity, equity, and inclusion? And what are companies doing to address these challenges? Join Kristin Colber-Baker, Global Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Mars and director with Fresh DelMonte Produce; Mary Lee Schneider, director on several private company boards;  Ed Steinhoff, executive compensation expert and Pearl Meyer managing director along with panel moderator, Haleigh Stilton, Pearl Meyer vice president for a lively discussion of the trends we saw in 2020 and 2021, and practical tips for planning for the future and beyond when it comes to compensation.
