Overview

How, when, and why are early-stage company Boards formed (both Advisory and Fiduciary)? How does the Board evolve as the company raises capital and IPOs? What are the traditional and emerging methods of pursuing a Board seat position with an early-stage company? How should entrepreneurs think about forming and getting the most out of their Boards?

Join us for this exciting panel for down-to-earth information from Silicon Valley from 5 to 6 pm Pacific.

Immediately after the panel, from 6 to 6:30pm, there will be informal networking breakouts for those who want to continue the conversation.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
