Collin Chung
CEO & Founder
Omni Group Consulting

 Collin Chung is the CEO and Founder of Omni Group Consulting (OGC), a cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance firm. With over a decade of cyber, privacy, and audit experience, Collin specializes in enterprise security and privacy certification readiness, maintenance, and CISO managed services. As a seasoned security executive, Collin has held CISO and leadership roles in a wide variety of industries including, digital marketing, healthcare, fintech, chemicals, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS). Collin’s experience and expertise extends into the world of academia. Collin developed the Cybersecurity Professional Education curriculum at the Georgia Institute of Technology and served as the program’s Lead Instructor. Currently, Collin teaches cybersecurity at the University of Central Florida as an Adjunct Professor. Collin graduated from the University of Georgia, with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Collin is further pursuing an additional Masters degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Cyber Security Global Policy. Outside of his professional and academic activities, Collin volunteers at the Private Director Association’s (PDA); a network of professionals interested in board service and privately held organizations seeking independent directors. Collin serves on the National Cybersecurity Committee as an Operating Officer and former Chair advocating for cybersecurity in the boardroom.

A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED PRIVATE COMPANY DIRECTOR! MULTIPLE COMMITTEE CHAIRMANSHIPS I have served on the Board of Directors of a privately owned Corporation for twenty years! I help guide a middle market company; holding the responsibility for Audit as the Chair of the committee. I also sit on the Finance Committee, having been Chair in the past; as well as the Governance Committee, just recently stepping down as Chair. I am a past member of the Compensation Committee and Health, Environmental, Safety and Sustainability Committee (HESS). I now also chair the recently formed Risk Committee. During my board service we have governed the company through significant swings in revenue, C-Suite executive succession and labor organization efforts. The Board oversaw the successful completion of several major capital projects including the largest in the company's sixty plus-year history. We recently successfully transitioned to the second generation of family ownership! My areas of experience are Production Agriculture, both animal and row crop, as well as Aviation, Construction, Real Estate and Military Operations and Training.

   

Bentina C. Terry

Bentina C. Terry is Senior Vice President for Region External Affairs and Community Engagement for Georgia Power. In this role, Bentina leads Georgia Power’s statewide external efforts to serve its 2.6 million customers by strategically partnering with local governments, development authorities, chambers of commerce, charitable entities and other stakeholders across Georgia to support and power our communities. She is also responsible for leading the company’s employee volunteer and giving efforts, fostering the company’s relationships in historically underserved communities including people of color, seniors, women and LGBTQ+ and leads the company’s social justice initiatives.

Bentina is actively involved in the community and feels fortunate to work for a company that has a passion for the communities it serves. She serves on the board of directors for the International Women’s Forum - Georgia, the Atlanta Police Foundation, Leadership Atlanta, the Grove Park Foundation, the Atlanta Beltline, Inc. and the Atlanta Beltline Partnership (2o21-2023 Chair). In 2021, she was honored to be selected as one of Atlanta Magazine’s 500 Most Influential Atlantans and one of the National Diversity Council’s 100 Most Influential Women in Energy. She has also been named one of the Greater Atlanta YWCA’s Women of Achievement (2020) and has been named one of Atlanta Business League’s 100 Most Influential Women for several consecutive years.

Bentina’s career with Southern Company has been diverse, beginning in 2001 at Georgia Power, then serving as a senior executive at Southern Nuclear Operating Company and Gulf Power before returning back to Georgia Power in 2017. During her career, she has been responsible for many different areas including External Affairs, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, Community and Economic Development, Corporate Communications, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Compliance and Ethics, Corporate Services and aspects of Power Delivery. She also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Southern Nuclear. Prior to Southern Company, Bentina began her career practicing law with Troutman Sanders law firm in Atlanta and also served as the Associate General Counsel at Progress Energy in Raleigh, NC.

A native of Fayetteville, N.C., Bentina holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina State University. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Georgia State Bar, Leadership Atlanta, Leadership North Carolina, Leadership Florida, the International Women’s Forum, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and The Links, Incorporated. She has received various awards and recognitions for her contribution to the state of Florida including being named one of Influence Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in Florida Politics (2015), and one of the Florida Diversity Council’s Most Powerful and Influential Women (2012). She was also an International Women’s Forum (IWF) Fellow in 2012 and a 2017 graduate of the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute.

She is married to Antonio Terry and loves to play golf and run in half marathons.

Keyaan J. Williams is the Founder and Managing Director of CLASS-LLC, a professional services firm that specializes in corporate governance, enterprise risk, and cybersecurity program management for global customers. Prior to CLASS-LLC, he managed large security programs at the CDC. A founding member of the Private Directors Association Atlanta Chapter, he currently serves as the chair of the risk committee for a global non-profit and as a strategic advisor for other start-up and early-stage organizations. In addition to public speaking, his knowledge is documented in numerous books and publications such as the Certified CISO Body of Knowledge, The Language of Cybersecurity, Using Security Metrics to Drive Action, CISO Magazine, the ISSA Journal, and the Crisis Response Journal.
