Overview

Come join your fellow PDA Dallas-Fort Worth members and invited guests for networking and a panel discussion on Private Company Board Compensation. Our panel will discuss what to expect in the way of Board compensation and cover topics including: how much, what form it may take (cash, stock options, RSU’s, synthetic or phantom equity, etc.) and what to expect at various stages of the company life cycle.

Hexa Coworking will be hosting us at their beautiful coworking facility, and Holland & Knight (f/k/a ThompsonKnight) will provide the hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. You will have the opportunity to reconnect with fellow members and build new connections with our new members and invited guests.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
