Charles has over 35 years of experience in the leadership development arena. He served almost 13 years as president and CEO of INROADS, one of the largest career and leadership develop organizations in the country. He has worked with executives at all levels and understands the wide array of skills and competencies required to excel short-term and long-term. In addition, he cumulatively has more than 37 years of experience as a corporate director with Briggs and Stratton and ChoicePoint (1997- 2008).

Brian is Founder and Executive Director of Improving the Odds, and the Managing Partner of Lion Valley HR Solutions, LLC. Improving the Odds is a social responsibility initiative that brings together businesses, nonprofits, and schools to help youth develop the Character and Life Skills they will need to become thriving citizens of the world. Lion Valley HR Solutions is an HR Analytics, Benchmarking, and Transformation advisory firm.

As a Vice President of Human Resources, (first with Dots, Inc., a retail apparel company, and later with Bonne Bell, a consumer products company), he designed, developed, and implemented HR Strategic Plans aligned to the organization’s business strategy. He has expertise in the deployment of leadership and team effectiveness processes that have significantly increased the level of employee engagement and organizational performance. Brian was the first Director, Organization and Leadership Development, at The Limited, where he facilitated the creation of their Balanced Scorecards.

Bob Boston is a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis. Waller has offices in Austin, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Chattanooga, Memphis, and Nashville, Tennessee and is one of the longest continuously existing law firms in the United States. He is a trial attorney, and in his legal practice he handles the representation of employers in labor and employment litigation and dispute resolution along with commercial and business litigation of many types. Mr. Boston provides management day-to-day and strategic advice, as well as courtroom representation, to public and private clients in a wide range of businesses and industries. He has extensive trial and appellate experience successfully defending businesses in class and individual claims. Bob has been involved in matters that have resulted in 121 published judicial decisions from various courts throughout the country and has represented clients in litigation in more than 28 different states.

Mr. Boston is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the International Association of Defense counsel, and is recognized regularly for his practice skill and experience in local, state and national publications and peer organizations. He has been honored as one of Tennessee’s “100 Best Lawyers”, Nashville’s “Lawyer of the Year”, and has been recognized for Labor & Employment litigation, “Bet-the-Company” litigation, Commercial litigation, Employment Law - management, and Labor Law -management, by The Best Lawyers in America.

Bob received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Tennessee and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

As a leader, coach, and mentor, James inspires with fierce advocacy and her collaborative style in business and the community. Patti’s career began with Shell Oil, then with Schlumberger, before joining Bridgestone Americas from 1992-2013. Subsequently, James led Leadership Middle Tennessee and now operates PB&J Consulting which focuses on career coaching and development. James holds BSBA and MBA (The Ohio State University) and a Master in Civic Leadership (Lipscomb University). She is active in the community and mentors in various programs throughout the country.
