Josh has over 20 years of professional experience focused on principal investing, M&A advisory, financial analysis, operations, corporate development and strategic planning within the automotive industry.
Prior to founding Green Light Growth Partners, Josh was a Senior Managing Director at Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC where he led the firm’s US Automotive & Transportation Investment Banking practice and was the Automotive & Transportation Sector Leader for the Transaction Advisory Services practice across the Americas.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC, Josh worked for Platinum Equity with a focus on transaction execution and operational turnarounds of automotive portfolio companies throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. Josh’s experience also includes M&A advisory and principal investing at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., corporate development and strategy within Eaton Corporation’s automotive division and product engineering and sales at Faurecia North America.
Josh received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jeremy Falendysz Consulting Principal – Corporate Finance UHY

Jeremy has 15 years of investment banking experience, having completed over 60 corporate finance transactions, representing in excess of 60 billion in total transaction value.
Engagements he has worked on include sell side and buy side M&A transactions for private/public enterprises and private equity funds, corporate separations, equity/equity related capital raises (incl IPO and follow on issuances), as well as debt capital raises.
His clients represent a cross section of industries, including automotive/transportation, consumer products, distribution, energy, food beverage, healthcare and industrial products.
Prior to spending the past 5 years serving middle market clients, Jeremy spent 10 years working on Wall Street, including as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division, as well as holding investment banking positions within UBS’s M&A group and Deutsche Bank’s energy group.
