Overview

Managing stress and building resilience in the face of challenges has never been more relevant. This session is led by Timothy Swords, a PDA member in the SF Bay Area. In this session, you’ll learn about science-backed benefits of mindfulness practice related to well-being, corporate performance and leadership, experience a 20-minute guided meditation, and practice a 90-second “emergency grounding” kit to regain peace of mind whenever it’s needed. There will be time for Q&A.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
