Kristi Lam
Vice President
US CYBER PRACTICE

Kristi Lam is an advisor in Marsh’s Chicago office for the US Cyber Practice. In this role, she is responsible for day-to-day account leadership, execution of critical business processes, technical insurance analysis, and maintaining effective and productive business relationships with clients and markets.

Kristi joined our firm in 2010 and has been in the insurance industry for eleven years. Prior to joining the US Cyber Practice, Kristi was an advisor in the Aviation Practice and an associate client executive assisting clients in developing risk management strategies and delivering a wide variety of services geared to each customer by engaging various business units and practices within Marsh McLennan. Kristi has also worked as an associate advisory specialist in Marsh’s Financial and Professional (FINPRO) Practice and has experience in servicing international management and professional liability programs.

Education
• BA in communications and TV/video production, Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, IL
• MSc in communication, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL
