Bertha Masuda is a partner of Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in Los Angeles. She has over 25 years of experience advising Boards and top management on compensation strategy, benchmarking, planning, incentive plan design and implementation. She has worked with companies across a broad range of industries, and with companies in various stages of development, with a focus on growth and mid-cap companies. Bertha also specializes in private company executive and board compensation design and is a frequent speaker and author on topics of interest to private and high-growth companies.

Bertha holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, where she graduated with honors. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.

      

Bonnie Schindler

Bonnie Schindler is a principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in Chicago. She has more than 20 years of experience in executive compensation consulting and has also worked in corporate human resources. Bonnie helps clients design and communicate compensation programs for executives, boards of directors, and employees. She has worked in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, technology and non-profit. She works extensively with privately held and family-owned companies and helps lead CAP’s efforts to survey private companies about their executive and board compensation programs. 

Bonnie received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She received both an M.S. and a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University. She is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.
