Overview

Almost all industries are dealing with a serious challenge: unprecedented employee resignation and limited prospects for filling mission-critical roles. How can the board support its leadership through these rocky times, create compensation programs and help drive cultural shifts that can retain and engage employees?

In this session, we'll share examples of what different companies are doing to face this challenge, including:

  • Improving culture and investing in employees through diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • Providing opportunities for learning and development and career planning
  • Developing programs to measure and promote employee engagement
  • Communicating a commitment to shared values across the organization
  • Reviewing and implementing appropriate and differentiating compensation plans
