Overview

Fostering Healthy Relationships Between Boards and Executive Teams
The Houston Chapter of the Private Directors Association® is pleased to offer a dialogue exploring relationships between boards and executive teams. Part of strong governance is maintaining healthy relationships and open, constructive communication channels. In this conversation we will explore those relationships and challenges with perspectives from multiple viewpoints: a CEO of a private company, board members, and a leader in connecting boards with executives.

Houston PDA members will have opportunities to engage with these thought leaders through an open question session and during follow-up networking time.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
