Overview

A panel discussion focused on what board members, owners and executives should consider with regards to cybersecurity from the perspective of executives in the technology, media, discrete food manufacturing and retail, and healthcare provider industries.

After our 4:00 – 5:15 PM Cybersecurity program you can join us upstairs for Professional Networking from 5:30 - 7:00 PM followed by the Philadelphia Flyers vs. NY Rangers hockey game in the Wells Fargo Center. This is an all-inclusive networking package with Food and Drink included in a private section to allow for continued networking during the game.

Noopur is responsible for overseeing the full range of cybersecurity functions for all Comcast Cable businesses, including all products and services delivered to our residential and business customers. Her responsibilities include product security and privacy, information and infrastructure security, data protection, security architecture and engineering, security operations and incident response, threat hunting, security intelligence and analytics, identity management, technical fraud, and the Legal Response Center.

Noopur joined Comcast from Intel, where she served as Vice President, Global Quality, Intel Security Group. Previously, she was a Visiting Scientist and Senior Member of Technical Staff at the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute, a Principal of management consulting firm Davis Systems, and held various leadership and technical positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Chrysler and Intergraph.

She is a champion of women in technology and serves on the Advisory Board of Comcast/NBCUniversal TechWomen. She is the recipient of the WICT/SCTE•ISBE/Cablefax Women in Technology and WeQual 2021 awards, and has been included on the Cablefax 100, Cablefax Diversity, Cablefax Most Powerful Women and Top Women in Technology lists multiple times.

Noopur holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), and the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).

Renee Guttmann is one of the transformational women in the cybersecurity and privacy industry. She has delivered world-class global information security programs for Coca-Cola, Time Warner, Royal Caribbean, Campbell and CapitalOne. She helped establish the office of the CISO services for Optiv. She is recognized as a savvy early adopter/implementor of emerging technology solutions. Renee is advising startups with defining their products and services, and go-to-market strategies. On the community front, she partners with other CISO's on cybersecurity training and mentorship. She has been active as a Board Member and Advisor in a large children’s mental health facility for almost a decade. Recipient of numerous industry awards including CSO Hall of Fame.

Ed Joined Advocare in the role of CIO in June of 2019, while Advocare was in the midst of a major digital transformation. This digital transformation including replacing their network and all its endpoints, while migrating to a new electronic medical record. Ed’s next major initiative was to insource Advocare’s Information Technology Department. During this effort, Ed’s responsibilities expanded to be Advocare’s HIPAA Security Officer and CISO. Ed was part of the executive team that guided Advocare through one of the most challenging and successful changes in its history. Before joining Advocare, Ed spent 20 years with Kennedy Health and Jefferson Health after their merger. This challenge included the simultaneous merger of 5 health systems and two universities. Ed was a key contributor in establishing a new Information Security Department with responsibilities for the newly and vastly expanded organization. Ed earned his MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Thomas Edison State University. Ed also maintains certifications as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mr. Mattioli is a shareholder in Health and FDA Business Practice of Greenberg Traurig, LLP in the Philadelphia office. He utilizes his 20 plus years of experience in the health care industry to assist a wide variety of health care entities including hospitals, physicians, Long Term Care Providers, Home Health, Dialysis, DME, Clinical Labs, medical device manufacturers, and insurers in navigating and solving complex issues. He provides regulatory, transactional and compliance guidance in areas such as data privacy and security, antitrust, health care reform, managed care contracting, reimbursement, fraud and abuse (Stark and antikickback), health information privacy and security medical staff credentialing, licensing, change of ownership, and payer audits. Mr. Mattioli also advises hospitals, health care providers and health plan clients regarding health and information privacy and security under HITECH and HIPAA, governmental investigations, development of joint ventures, provider contracting issues and medical staff bylaw and disciplinary issues. He proactively counsels clients as they confront inquiries, audits and investigations from governmental agencies, including the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General and the Department of Health and Human Services. He has written and spoken extensively on the topics of privacy and security, antitrust, fraud and abuse, and medical staff credentialing. Mr. Mattioli received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Drexel University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was Symposium Editor of the Temple Law Review.
