Overview

A high performing board will drive strategy and bring new perspectives to the executive team. Determining the talent to bring to your board and finding the most qualified directors with complimentary personalities and skill sets can be a challenge. Join us for a conversation with Maureen Hurd, Principal of HurdMcNally a private and family held business board and executive recruitment firm,  and Joe Fazio, CEO of Commerce State Bank and our Wisconsin Chapter President, to understand how to determine the talent you need to make your board highly effective, where to find qualified directors, and real-life lessons learned about the criticality of bringing the best people to the board table. Whether you are a CEO looking to start a board, increase the effectiveness of your current board, or someone seeking a director position on a private company board, this session will be highly informative to help you reach your goals
