Jeff Sauntry
CEO

Jeff Sauntry is the CEO of Risk Neutral and the Co-President of the Private Directors Association Tampa Bay Chapter. He is a results-focused board member and senior executive with publicly traded and private organizations. Leader of core operations for professional services, platform as a service, cybersecurity, technology, and telecommunications firms. Jeff is a Certified Director by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a Leadership Fellow in Cyber Risk. Jeff is a graduate of the Chief Risk Officer program at Carnegie Mellon University and AM&AA Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor. He is a subject matter expert in risk management, regulatory compliance, privacy, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, eCommerce, fraud, and physical security. He is a trusted advisor able to translate complex business challenges into actionable initiatives designed to minimize deviation from expected outcomes. Carlos Centurion

Carlos Centurion is President of Dallas based River Logic, Inc., a private company with a unique Digital Twin technology that allows companies all over the world to optimize their operations and make better decisions through their extended value chain. Mr. Centurion has pioneered solutions that combine supply chain, business continuity and sustainability planning, working closely with partners such as Accenture, Microsoft and PwC as well as medium and large customers.  He oversees all R&D, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. 

Mr. Centurion has over 20 years’ experience in business transformation and strategy. Prior to River Logic, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company providing consulting and co-leading the High-Tech Marketing practice. Mr. Centurion is also a Reserve 2nd Lt. in the Paraguayan Air Force. 

Mr. Centurion graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor degree in Economics, and received his MBA from Insead in Fontainebleau, France.

Bets joined the top-rated faculty at TCU’s Neeley Business School in the fall of 2021 as an Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor teaching global supply chain and business ethics. With a stellar Fortune 100 career leading global teams at AbbVie, Abbott Laboratories, AT&T and IBM, Bets delivered award-winning results across domestic and international roles in operations, technology and M&A. A sought-after speaker on board considerations of supply chain and ESG, Bets has advised over 50 private companies on governance matters. She was a leader during the meteoric growth of the Private Directors Association, as the National Chair, Board Opportunities Committee and Member, Technology Governance Council. She extends her coaching skills to the technology and supply chain sectors, advising CEOS of start-up and privately held firms across software and services companies. Complementing her corporate governance, Bets has served on the Advisory Board for Purdue University’s School of Biomedical Engineering for over a decade and been active in non-profit board and committee service. Bets earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Engineering, summa cum laude from Purdue University. She holds a technology patent and five publications in IBM’s Technical Disclosure Bulletin.
