Robin Toft is the Global Life Sciences & Boardroom Diversity Leader of ZRG Partners LLC, where she combines a deep inside knowledge of the life science industry with a passion for building game-changing management teams. Robin has placed hundreds of executives from VP through CEO and Board level at innovation-led companies in the life sciences. A champion of diverse executive teams, Robin has built a reputation for recruiting women and under-represented candidates into top roles and overcoming unconscious bias in hiring. Prior to founding Toft Group Executive Search in 2010, Robin served 20+ years as a biotech executive.

Having successfully sold Toft Group to ZRG Partners in 2019, Robin co-founded We Can Rise, Inc. in 2020, committed to inspiring high potential career women to confidently reach their potential, and working collaboratively with men to build healthier companies that change the world. Robin’s first book, entitled WE CAN: The Executive Woman’s Guide to Career Advancement, is recognized within the list of 100 Best CEO Books of All Time by BookAuthority. WE CAN provides the confidence, language, tools, and practical advice for women to design and realize the career of their dreams. Both WE CAN and Robin’s new book, Ignite Your Board Career, Board IQ Playbook (co-authored with We Can Rise co-founder Ron Giannotti) are available on Amazon.

In the American Business Awards for 2020, Robin won Gold in the three major individual categories of Lifetime Achievement, Maverick of the Year and Woman of the Year. Robin has been a finalist in Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year awards in both 2018 and 2019.

Robin holds a B.S. in Medical Technology (Clinical Laboratory Science) from Michigan State University and pursued her teaching credential at San Diego State University. She currently serves on the boards of public company T2 Biosystems, precision medicine company Syapse, the California Life Science Association (CLSA), We Can Rise, The Clearity Foundation supporting ovarian cancer patients; and LEAD San Diego, dedicated to developing civically engaged leaders.

Lynn Clarke has two roles. She serves on several boards as Independent Chair or Director. Lynn is also an Operating Partner for early stage companies, guiding them to profit stage and exit. Lynn has been a CEO and has executive experience in the Fortune 50. She’s had CEO roles in private equity firms and in e- commerce. Lynn has worked in more than 10 diverse industries including: CPG, digital, manufacturing, home goods, energy, distribution, food service and technology. Lynn also has been Interim CEO for two companies, including one she currently chairs. She is The NACD’s 2021 Private Company Director of the Year. Lynn was an executive at PepsiCo with roles in general management, branding, strategy, operations, manufacturing and distribution. After serving as CEO for two PE companies, she acquired and sold an award-winning e-commerce business in the upscale branded kitchen products/home goods category.

Thomas Fuller is a Managing Director based in the firm’s New York office, serving clients across the global Consumer sector including CPG, Food & Beverage, Travel & Hospitality, Luxury and Lifestyle Brands. He is also a member of the firm’s Board, Private Equity, Life Science and Technology practices. Tom brings a career that spans more than 25 years of executive search consulting and has delivered hundreds of board, C-Suite and leadership projects for Fortune 500, Mid-cap and privately held enterprises, as well as private equity, pre-IPO and venture-backed clients.

Mr. Fuller is considered a leading authority on the intangible leadership traits that define those who are recognized as the top 10% of C-Suite and Board leaders globally. With extensive expertise in talent strategies and assessment of leadership competencies including IQ, EQ and CQ, Tom is adept at helping client identify talent requirements/gaps mapped to concrete business objectives and cultural environments.

An NACD Certified Board Director & Governance Fellow, Mr. Fuller is the former Lead Director and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee for Tingley Corporation, leading up to its acquisition by Bunzl plc. He also served as Board President of the NACD NJ Chapter and was the Founder and Chair of the NACD NJ Chapter Director of the Year Awards, recognizing excellence in governance among the diverse and rich corporate and civic organizations across New Jersey. Mr. Fuller served as Board Director of IMD International, Board Director and America’s Treasurer of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and is a recipient of the AESC ‘s Eleanor Raynolds Award for Excellence in Executive Search & Commitment to the Community.

Prior to ZRG Partners Mr. Fuller was the founder of Epsen Fuller Group, a leading executive search, board advisory and leadership consulting firm, and served as its Managing Director & CEO since 1997. HE entered the executive search profession with over 20 years as an operating executive in the consumer sector as founder & CEO of a consumer products manufacturer that culminated in its successful sale to Crystal Brands, a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Mills.
