Overview

The first in a series of understanding the science behind decision making and what can go wrong in the boardroom. When we understand human motives, how biases influence our decision, understanding personality traits and intention in the boardroom, one can better understand the dynamic.

This knowledge will support your board in finding latent issues, making better decision, bringing on complimentary directors and understanding what could go awry. You will also be able to harness the true potential of your board.  Knowledge, case studies and tangible tools will also be shared during this series.
