Overview

Our panel of distinguished experts will discuss the major challenges, changes, and opportunities they’re seeing in long-term executive incentive plans at private companies.

This topic is relevant in light of how our work, workplace relationships, goals, and strategies have been impacted by events of the past several years. These include disruptions caused by the global pandemic, new challenges in finding and retaining top talent, the impact of the work-from-home movement on company culture, discovering our vulnerability to climate change and the weak links in our supply chains, and divisions driven by heightened levels of social and political activism. This upheaval has changed how our businesses operate and what executives are challenged to manage on an ongoing basis.

Among the issues the panelists will explore:

  • How different ownership structures can drive incentive plans
  • How long-term incentives can support retention and succession planning efforts
  • Plan design considerations during times of uncertainty
  • Reflecting ESG and DEI initiatives in long-term incentives
This webinar is being sponsored by Pearl Meyer, a leading advisor to boards and senior management on the alignment of executive compensation with business and leadership strategies.
