Overview

The operations and culture of boards for companies with venture capital or private equity firm ownership can be much different than what you will experience on a family-owned business board or that of a company led by an entrepreneur with majority ownership. This panel of executives has specific board experience in all three ownership structures. They'll explain what they have learned and provide recommendations on how you can be most effective in each situation.
