Julian Ha
Partner

Julian Ha is a Partner with Heidrick and Struggles based in Washington, D.C. Julian is a member of the CEO & Board Practice and leads the firm’s Government Affairs and Trade Association practices. He places CEOs, Board Members and senior executives into public and private firms and member-driven organizations across all industries and sectors. Julian has extensive private sector and non-profit Boardroom experience. He has served on the Board of China Recycling Energy Corporation (CREG), a NASDAQ-listed cleantech company where he chaired CREG’s compensation committee and Propulsys, a privately-held, precision manufacturing company with operations in the US, Germany and China. He is currently a board member of the Public Affairs Council, US-ASEAN Business Council, and AESC which represents the entire retained executive search and leadership consulting profession. He holds a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certification. Prior to executive search, Julian practiced as a corporate lawyer in New York, Washington, D.C., London, Singapore and Shanghai. As a lawyer for Paul Weiss, Baker & McKenzie and Linklaters, he advised multinational corporations on their IPOs, private equity investments and cross-border M&A transactions. Julian has also served as a Director in the Corporate Finance group of Evolution Securities China Limited, an investment bank based in London, UK. Julian received his BA from Cornell University, his Masters degrees from the London School of Economics and Harvard University and his JD from The NYU School of Law. He attained a Certificate in Corporate Finance from The London Business School.

 

Patricia Lenkov

Patricia Lenkov is widely regarded as a thought leader on board recruiting, corporate governance, composition, and succession. Patricia founded Agility Executive Search in 2008. She left the firm from January 2019 through May 2020 to become a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm. She returned in May 2020 to run Agility 2.0! Agility Executive Search specializes in corporate board and senior level executive search. To date, Patricia has conducted over 350 board searches for corporate clients, as well as, having worked with some of the world’s leading activist investors to recruit board directors. In 2018, Agility Executive Search was named as one of “America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms” by Forbes and was included in the Hunt Scanlon “New York Power 60” List. Previously, Patricia was a member of the board of director’s practice at Spencer Stuart for four years, and prior to that, she spent six and a half years with Heidrick & Struggles where she conducted board and senior-level search assignments for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her work in the executive search field, Patricia worked for a Silicon-Valley based company, where she was the Regional Sales Manager for the province of Québec (Canada). Earlier in her career, she held the role of Assistant Director of the MBA Program at Concordia University where she was also an Adjunct Professor. During her time at Concordia University, the MBA Program was ranked 4th in Canada by Canadian Business Magazine. Patricia is on the Advisory Board of BoardProspects.com, the world’s largest online boardroom community. She is an active member of the Women and Leadership Advisory Council at Concordia University in Montreal and Founder of the Half Percent Project (halfpercentproject.org), an animal welfare charity. Previously, Patricia was on the Board of The Blue Card, a member of the Family Advisory Council of the Komansky Center for Children’s Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weil Cornell Medical Center and the New York Steering Committee of 2020 Women on Boards. She was also a Trustee at Temple Israel of New York City. Patricia is an active contributor to Forbes.com and author of Time’s Up: Why Boards Need to Get Diverse Now, to be published later this year. She holds a BA, with distinction, in psychology from McGill University and an MBA from Concordia University.

 

Linda Zukauckas

Linda is the Chief Financial Officer for Nielsen Holdings plc (NYSE: NLSN), a global measurement and data analytics company. Linda joined Nielsen in February 2020 and is responsible for the company’s financial strategy. Prior to Nielsen, Linda was EVP and Deputy CFO of American Express. Over her 8+ years with American Express she also held the positions of Controller & Chief Accounting Officer and was the executive sponsor of the company’s global women’s interest network. Linda currently serves on the Board of Directors of MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC). From 2014-2019 she served on the Board of Directors of American Express Global Business Travel. From 2000 to 2011 Linda held various senior finance roles at Ally Financial, including Strategy/M&A, Divisional CFO and Global Controller. She was previously with Deutsche Bank from 1997, during which time she was based mostly in Singapore. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Linda is a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International (FEI), the leading advocate for the views of corporate financial management through its more than 10,000 members who hold policy-making positions as chief financial officers, chief accounting officers, controllers and treasurers at companies from every major industry. She is also a Past President of FEI’s New York City Chapter. Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Tech University. She resides in Lower Manhattan with her husband, James.

Alyssa Gelbard is the Founder and CEO of Point Road Group, a global personal branding firm that helps companies make powerful brand impressions through their people. Alyssa leads a talented Point Road Group team that advises diverse companies and individual executives. She is an expert and experienced speaker on personal branding, LinkedIn, virtual presence, networking, communications and career advancement. Her unique perspective on personal branding, corporate branding and professional advancement stems from a background in strategic marketing, branding and communications, where she held leadership roles in the biomedical research, technology and sports & entertainment industries. Alyssa serves on the Board of Directors of the NY Chapter of Financial Executives International and is Career Management Chair. She is also an Advisory Board member of the Graduate Sports Management Program at Endicott College and Membership Chair of the NY Chapter of the Private Directors Association, where she is a Chapter Leader and Founding Member. As an instructor with the renowned 92Y in NY, Alyssa has been teaching professional development classes since 2015. She is an elected member of the Tufts University Alumni Council, co-chairing the Career Services Committee, and also co-chairs the Tufts Women's Network in NY. Alyssa has an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Tufts University.
