Colleen is a proven private company board director who brings a unique blend of powerful corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience. After successfully building a technology company from the ground up into a Fortune 100 brand, she leveraged her entrepreneurial passion to build one of the most sought-after advertising and branding agencies in the Southeast. The agency is the global and national agency of record for top brands.

Within the Family Business category, she brings decades of board leadership experience in business ownership challenges, revenue growth (organic & acquisition), merger integration/restructuring, strategic sales implementation, brand equity growth, leadership succession planning, culture and performance development, corporate governance, crisis management, executive recruitment and compensation and brand architecture and extensions.     

The breadth of her experience is the result of serving in executive board leadership positions for companies across many industries in diverse business cycles – from restructuring to exponentially scaling. Over the past decade, Colleen has served as independent board director for two family-owned businesses. The longest tenured director of GSP Solutions, Colleen guided the company senior leadership team through the formation of a new technology company as well as two successful acquisitions. Through strategic planning, pricing, branding and sales strategies, the company has grown 350 percent in revenue. In addition, she serves as an independent board member of AR Homes® by Arthur Rutenberg, one of the largest networks of independently owned and operated homebuilding companies in the nation, with franchised homebuilders. Her depth of proven skills in strategic growth, branding and marketing is helping this four-decade business move through next-level transformation.

Colleen is a Founding Member of the Private Directors Association® Tampa Bay and serves as Membership & Engagement Co-Chair. Other board leadership positions include Feeding Tampa Bay (Capital Campaign Co-Chair, Marketing Communications Development Committee Chair, and Board of Directors); Tampa Hillsborough Executive Development Council (Past Chair, Treasurer, Audit Committee, Marketing Chair and Executive Committee); and University of South Florida Muma College of Business (Executive Advisory Council). Within her industry, Colleen was selected as one of 10 members in the U.S. to serve on the American Marketing Association’s National Professional Chapters Council. She was president of the AMA Tampa Bay Chapter and a founder of the AMA Tampa Bay Executive Marketing Council.

Colleen has been recognized for her leadership, being named to the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame. She’s been awarded the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Woman of Distinction; Women of Distinction honoree by Girl Scouts of West Central Florida; Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Businesswoman of the Year; and University of South Florida’s Outstanding Alumnus. She’s recognized as a premiere business leader, internationally winning the Gold Stevie Award for Management Team of the Year and the Bronze Award for Business Services Female Executive of the Year.

Maryann is an accomplished corporate director and former Fortune 100 Division President & CEO with the expertise to identify and develop strategies that accelerate growth, maximize profits, and improve stakeholder value. She has experience in sales, new business development, and relationship management; marketing, advertising, and brand management; strategy; product development and rationalization; and client service, across multiple distribution channels. The breadth and depth of her experience come from having served in executive and board leadership positions for start-ups and firms of various sizes and organizational structures.

Over the past decade, Maryann has served on a dozen public, private, mutual fund, advisory, and nonprofit boards providing insight into different industries and enhancing her ability to identify key issues and ask thought-provoking questions. She has 30+ years of success as a dynamic leader with full P&L responsibility in financial services. Her deep understanding of starting, building, and scaling high-growth businesses coupled with her keen perspective in the financial markets brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a unique and valued point-of-view as a trusted advisor and board member.

Maryann is an independent director of Amalgamated Bank (Nasdaq: AMAL) serving on its Audit and Enterprise Risk Oversight Committees, an advisory board member of RealBlocks, and the Chair of the Board of Wrestle Like A Girl. Previously she was an independent director of MBIA (NYSE: MBI) and Atlanta Life Financial Group, a mutual fund trustee of Allianz Global Investors and PNC funds, as well as a board member of NACD’s Carolinas’ Chapter and the C200 Foundation.

In acknowledgment of her leadership and expertise, Maryann was honored by Directors & Boards as one of 20 accomplished female board members in Directors to Watch. US Banker also named Maryann one of “The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” for her business vision, personal excellence, and professional integrity.

 

Elaine J. Eisenman, Ph.D.

Elaine J. Eisenman, Ph.D., is Managing Director, Saeje Advisors, which provides strategic advisory services to companies seeking to capitalize on new growth opportunities and drive large scale transformation.

She is the President of the Private Directors Association®, New England chapter.

In addition, she is a member of the core faculty team at Entrepreneurship Policy Advisors to facilitate and support the implementation of entrepreneurial ecosystems, focused on growing and scaling companies around the world, with current clients in the US, LATAM, the Caribbean, and Atlantic Canada.

Dr. Eisenman is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Designer Brands Inc. (NYSE: DBI) With over twenty years of Board experience, Elaine began her Board service with UST, Inc (NYSE), and has since served on a number of private company, non-profit, family, Private Equity, and ESOP boards. She is a founding member and co-chapter chair of Women Corporate Directors. In 2011, she was selected by Agenda Magazine as a top 100 Diversity Board Members, and in 2012 she was named a “Director to Watch” by Directors and Boards magazine.

Most recently, Dr. Eisenman was Dean of Executive and Enterprise Education at Babson College. Previously, Dr. Eisenman held senior executive positions at both public companies such as American Express, Enhance Financial Services Co., and The Children’s Place, and private companies such as PDI International, a global consulting firm, where she both built and was general manager of the Northeast region, and Management & Capital Partners, a retained executive recruitment, management consulting, and venture capital firm, where she was Chairman.

Dr. Eisenman is co‐author of Betrayed: A Survivor’s Guide to Lying, Cheating, and Double Dealing, to be published by Forbes and released in Spring 2019. Previously, she co-authored I Didn’t See It Coming: The Only Book You’ll Ever Need to Avoid Being Blindsided in Business, published by John Wiley and Sons. articles featured in BusinessWeek, WSJ, Agenda, Directorship, Worth and Directors and Boards.

Her degrees include a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, MS from Columbia, and a BS from Boston University.

Inge Plautz

Inge Plautz serves as Senior Vice President and Executive Business development Officer for Wisconsin with a special emphasis on the Milwaukee Region of Old National Bank (ONB). Old National has nearly $20 Billion in assets and was founded in 1834 in the State of Indiana. ONB’s Wisconsin presence is centered among the most dynamic markets of Milwaukee, Madison and the Fox Valley.

Prior to joining Old National in 2018, Inge spent more than 13 years within finance, accounting and commercial insurance. Inge’s expertise includes Global Trade, Leveraged Finance, Bond Financing Structured Finance  Capital Markets and traditional Commercial and Industrial banking. Inge also has deep expertise in Health Care and Employee Benefits.

Inge is also the Co-founder of Pump Hero, LLC, which is a mobile App that connects on-the-go nursing mothers to safe, clean and convenient locations to pump. Inge is an avid community supporter with extensive board and volunteer service. She serves as an Advisor to LeaseCrunch a software technology company. She is on the Membership Committee for Tempo Milwaukee, steering committee member of Milwaukee Women inc, committee member for the Milwaukee Boys & Girls Club Celebrating G.I.R.L.S , serves on the board of The First Tee of Southeast WI and is a board member of Ducks Unlimited. Inge also gives her time to many initiatives devoted to STEM and empowerment of young women. She is a certified PADI Rescue Diver and holds State of Wisconsin Accident, Health & Life License.

A Graduate of University of Wisconsin Madison, Inge holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors degree triple majors in Finance International Business and French.  A native of South Africa, Inge speaks four languages including Afrikaans, French and Zulu.
