Lynn Clarke is an independent director, Chair & CEO with executive experience in Fortune 50 companies, private equity firms, e-commerce and start ups.  To date Lynn has served on more than 10 privately held boards as an independent director.  She has also worked in 9 diverse industries including: CPG, digital, home goods, manufacturing, energy, distribution, food service and technology. Lynn was named a Top 20 Directors to Watch in 2020 by Private Company Magazine.

Lynn has also been an executive at PepsiCo and General Mills with roles in general management, branding, strategy, operations, manufacturing and distribution.  She also served as CEO for two PE companies.  Lynn is an e-commerce/digital expert.  In 2005 she acquired, then quickly built an award-winning e-commerce business in the upscale branded kitchen products category using innovative CPG marketing strategies and tactics.  She recently sold the business and now is managing partner for two CPG start ups.

William inherited a passion for advisory boards and using governance as a strategic weapon from his late father Bernie. In his lifetime, Bernie had been a member of over 70 boards of directors. 

Together, William and Bernie founded Lodestone Global in 2013 and since then, have assembled, consulted with, or been a member of over 100 advisory boards. The advisory boards extend across a number of industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, real estate, food & beverage, retail, technology, wholesale, industrials & materials and conglomerates. Andrew Dickow

Andrew Dickow is a Managing Director at Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) and Townsend Street Capital (“TSC”) with over 15 years of experience in both mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business operations. Andrew leads the Food and Beverage (F&B) practice for GCG and has significant experience working with consumer-packaged goods, distribution, contract manufacturing and ingredient companies amongst others. Andrew focuses on M&A on both the sell-side and buy-side and has advised numerous clients through recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, business valuations and financial analyses. In addition to F&B, Andrew has experience working with consumer products, healthcare and business services companies.

Most recently, Andrew worked for a middle-market investment bank advising privately-held businesses. Prior to that, he held various financial management roles at General Mills, Inc., where he focused on M&A, financial forecasting, planning and analysis, marketing and supply chain management. Andrew has served as a financial controller and spent several years working with international entities across Latin America and South Africa while at General Mills.

Andrew co-owns 1701 Hospitality, Inc. with his brother which owns and operates four restaurants in downtown Detroit and Birmingham, Michigan and employs nearly 200 people. Additionally, Andrew is a minority shareholder and Board Member of Pop Daddy Popcorn, a Michigan based ready-to-eat popcorn company and Drought Juice a cold-pressed, organic juice company. Andrew is also a minority shareholder in Archive Rentals, a California based wedding rental company, 86 Repairs, a Chicago based automated restaurant equipment repair company and Native Pet, a St. Louis based organic dog food company.

Paul J. Bernhard was a founding partner of McEndarffer, Hoke & Bernhard, P.C., which was established in 1978. The firm merged with Plante & Moran in 1994.  Paul has many years of experience in public accounting and has worked with family-owned and closely held businesses throughout his career. He has hands-on experience, as he worked with his father who was also a CPA and was a Partner with McEndarffer, Hoke & Bernhard, P.C., for many years.

Extensive experience includes:
