Overview

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”) is a function in many organizations that serve companies and their boards of directors. What type of direction and guidance is given to company management and boards by these organizations on implementing DEI?   This expert panel will look at challenges, learnings and outcomes and will share best practices in authentically implementing DEI in Board recruitment, retention, operations and education.   The panelists represent leadership and DEI professionals at major organizations serving companies, boards and academia.
