Mr. Holland is an expert in the acquisition of small and medium sized businesses. He helps acquisition entrepreneurs, ETA Professionals, micro-PE firms, & high net worth clients manage through the challenging and nuanced due diligence & business buying process through his firm Guardian Due Diligence. His firm approaches the business buying problem in a unique way combining both 15+ years of deal & entrepreneurial experience to the traditional forensic accounting work of due diligence and therefore providing everyday business buyers a solution and partner to help them execute deals. His burning desire is to take you through a comprehensive diligence process and guard you from expensive mistakes based on his vast experience in the deal business.
