Johnny Lee
Forensic Investigator



Johnny Lee is a forensic investigator, management consultant, and attorney specializing in data analytics and digital forensics in support of corporate and cyber investigations, complex regulatory compliance issues, and related litigation.  He also provides advisory services to companies working to address complex Blockchain, Digital Asset, and Data Privacy issues.

He is the National Practice Leader for Forensic Technology at Grant Thornton, and he leads the firm’s Digital Assets Technology team. He is a frequent speaker, author, panelist, and contributor on topics involving Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Forensic Investigations, Cryptocurrency, and the effective use (and risk management) of Information Technology.

 

           

Taylor McLean

Taylor joined McGriff in July of 2019 where she is a Marking Account Executive on the Executive Risk Advisors team. She has negotiated Cyber Risk placements for new and existing clients including large retail, municipalities, manufacturing, and energy clients.

Taylor is also responsible for implementing Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Crime programs for clients of all industry groups and corporate structures including public, private and non-profit organizations. Prior to McGriff, Taylor spent five years at another brokerage firm in Houston, TX. Taylor graduated from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. 

 

           

Peter S. Vogel

As a lawyer for more than 30 years, Peter combines his technical and business background with his legal expertise to help companies with IT (Information Technology), Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, cyber intrusion, Internet litigation, dispute resolution, M&A, and contract negotiation. Peter has been involved with the IT industry, Internet, and electronic data for his entire career. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a computer programmer, systems analyst, and management consultant for companies acquiring IT and related services and received a Master’s in Computer Science.

Peter has clients in healthcare, Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, international manufacturing, state & local government, utilities, and eCommerce who often seek his advice about practical business issues relating to IT and the Internet, which often include cyber intrusions, SOC and ISO audits, colo sites, cloud solutions, XaaS, ERP implementation projects, website business management, outsourcing, software patents, copyrights, and trade secret protection. Because he is a seasoned IT professional with an accounting and marketing background, Peter also often advises clients about financial, marketing issues, and due diligence in M&A regarding IT, cyber, and the Internet. His experience as an Adjunct Professor in the Law of eCommerce keeps him current on the fast-moving evolution of the cyber intrusions and the Internet.
