Andy is the Managing Partner, Finance & Operations of Ascension Group International, a technology-led private equity firm. With a career spanning over 25 years, Andy draws on his finance and end-to-end supply chain experience including manufacturing to develop data-driven recommendations that give our partners confidence in their business decisions. He specializes in conducting operational due diligence for manufacturing and consumer product companies, analyzing plant production capabilities, supporting supply chain functions, building and equipment conditions, and site expansion opportunities to advise on potential growth, acquisition, and consolidation strategies in the Industry 4.0 era.

Andy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University.  Andy is also a Certified Public Accountant.

 

Norm Scheer

Norm joined Long Point Capital in 2010 and has more than 14 years of middle-market private equity and investment banking experience. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments made by the firm.

Prior to joining Long Point Capital, Norm was an associate at Harris Williams & Co., a boutique investment banking firm that provides financial advisory services to middle-market companies. Norm received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Norm works in LPC's Royal Oak, Michigan office.

 

Ryan Sullivan
Vice President
Key Bank

Ryan Sullivan is a Sr Relationship Manager of Commercial Banking for Key Bank. As a Vice President, he is responsible for business development, portfolio management and acting as trusted advisor for Commercial Banking clients throughout Michigan.  A native Michigander, Ryan began his career with JPMorgan in 2008 in their Chicago Market before returning to Michigan in 2013. After almost 13 years at JPMorgan Chase, he joined Key Bank in March of 2021 to assist in expanding their growing Michigan presence. 

Ryan holds a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College and an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University.

Kimberly Rodriguez
Executive and Entrepreneur

Kimberly is a renowned expert in transforming global organizations to maximize efficiencies in supply chain, manufacturing and operational performance. During her 30-year career, she has assisted automakers and suppliers in driving value creation by leveraging the interface between finance, operational (plant floor) efficiency, and the effective use of technology. Kimberly currently serves as a principal of her own firm SCRM, providing independent consulting services, largely to equity funds and multiple holding family funds relating to sales growth, efficiency and market strategy.

Most recently Kimberly was the Chief Executive Officer for Dura Automotive Systems. Prior to joining Dura, Kimberly was Chief Executive Officer of Rush Trucking, a $100 million long-haul trucking company. During the 2020 COVID Automotive shutdown, she helped to dramatically improve efficiency, reduce equipment cost in half and quadruple the customer base for Rush.

Kimberly sits on the Board of Directors for AMG Industries, LLC., and Romeo Rim, as well as on the Executive Committee and General Board for The Children’s Center, a Detroit-based non-profit. She is a founding member and the first female chair of the Private Director’s Association, which provides training and insight for existing and potential board members of privately held companies. In 2019 she was named “Director to Watch” by Directors & Boards Magazine.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Art in economics and accounting from Michigan State University and a Master’s in business administration from Walsh College.
