Overview

Fund advisors sit at the crossroads between PE managers and investors.  These advisors are critical to the PE managers ability to raise capital, and the top advisors are highly attuned to the current and emerging priorities of the LP universe.   In this webinar we will explore with two active and successful fund advisors their perspectives on board make-up at PE portfolio companies.  How important are independent board members, ESG themes, etc. and how does their perspective change based on the type of LP?
