What is the function of the Board? How does the Board function daily, monthly, quarterly, annually? What roles do various Board members play? How does the Board's role differ/compliment management's role? Come here some Board basics in this hybrid meeting! Lunch will be provided in-person, but please note in-person space is limited. Zoom attendance also supported! Lunch and networking in-person at 11:30 and presentation will start at noon.
