Overview

The digitalization and free flow of information has transformed global business but securing that information is becoming a challenging task. Increasingly, the courts are looking to corporate boards as the ultimate gatekeepers responsible for securing company information. Additionally, with the landmark 2019 Caremark decision, personal liability should be on the forefront of every corporate director’s mind. This webinar will focus on risks and what board members should be looking at to limit corporate and personal liability from a breach.
